Pure Play Releases 1st Liquid London Title

CHATSWORTH, Calif. — Distribution company Pure Play Media will roll out the first U.S. release for gay production company Liquid London, “Heat & Lust — Postcards to a Pornographer.”

Pure Play and Liquid London recently inked an exclusive deal for U.S. distribution of the Euro producers DVDs.

“I’m very happy to have Liquid London joining the Pure Play family,” Pure Play Media CEO Richard Arnold said. “We’re always looking for new, cutting-edge studios that can offer something different to our company portfolio and Liquid London does just that. As we continue to expand our reach into the gay market, I look forward to a long and successful partnership with Liquid London playing a key role in that development.”

The U.K.-based studio was founded by French photographer/director Jean-Marc Prouveur. Known for high production values and lush European locations, Prouveur also writes all-original scripts for product produced by the studio.

The “Heat & Lust” plot is centered on Prouveur’s experiences reading postcards from several adult performers including Prouveur’s lover Henry Fleischmann, who tell of their erotic experiences in Spain, Poland and England.

The title stars Mario Lazarius, Jose Garcia, Oleh Grzegorzki, Leon St. Pierre, Marlon Abdala, Patrik Rodriguez, Damian Hendrikson, Taylor Jacks, Jack Ramos, Tyrone Best, Charlie Montoya and Prouveur himself.

“I am extremely excited with the prospect of working alongside Pure Play Media," Liquid London Sales and Marketing Manager Andrew Davey said. "We have chosen Pure Play as our North American distributor as we believe the re is a strong synergy between the quality product that Liquid London brings to the North American market and the proven record that Pure Play already has in the adult industry."

“In a market swamped with mediocrity, we aim to show the American market what the European market has been enjoying for the past few years. Stunning photography of the beautiful male body wrapped up in pure erotic sex,” Davey said.
