Thomas told XBIZ that a company executive contacted her a few years ago with the idea, but she was apprehensive to sign on without testing the product thoroughly.
"I never really wanted to just attach my name to a toy — it’s been done, and what really makes one toy better than another?" Thomas said. "We’re fairly well glutted with gimmicks and stuff in our biz, so given the opportunity to endorse a product — one made for women — just really got my juices flowing."
Med Gen CEO Paul Kravitz told XBIZ that Thomas accepted the proposal after a testing interval and an intense year of research and development, and the results were very positive. He said he could think of no better person to get the message across to the company's customers than Thomas.
Fab-U-Lust's two main ingredients — a small amount of peppermint extract and the amino acid L-Arginine — are responsible for its success, according to the company's website.
The peppermint is added to enable the clitoral skin to absorb L-Arginine and induce creation of nitric oxide, which dilates the blood vessels and increases blood flow to the area, heightening sensation for women both unable to orgasm or looking to enhance pleasure.
"After my first orgasm my clit was still tingling with a warming sensation that made it a must for me to come again — and I did," Thomas said. "I’ve tried the product with vibrators, dildos and the real thing, and it is a true enhancer. It’s a guaranteed orgasm, whether I'm solo or with someone, and that works for me."
Vavoom President Stephen Brown told XBIZ that the company considers this endorsement to be the next step for the company's growth plan.
"We at Vavoom consider this endorsement a tribute to not only Sunset Thomas, but the continuation of a plan by Vavoom to align itself with top-notch products," Brown said. "We welcome Fab-U-Lust as a endorser and affiliate of the Vavoom Network."
