Red Light District to Release Joey Buttafuoco Sex Tape

CHATSWORTH, Calif. — Joey Buttafuoco is the latest celebrity to be showcased in a sex tape distributed by Red Light District.

The Chatsworth company said Monday that it acquired the sex tape after he and wife Evanka were caught on tape having sex while attending a party at adult director Rob Spallone's home.

"Joey Buttafuoco: Caught on Tape” will street in early February and retail for $39.95.

"Spallone didn't know that he had captured Joey and Evanka until a couple of weeks later when he completed reviewing the footage from the party," said David Joseph, CEO of Red Light District. "He was so surprised to find Joey and Evanka on the tapes.

“When he realized what he had, he came to Red Light District to discuss distribution,” he said. “He knows we are the best in town to work with on these types of deals."

Joseph said Buttafuoco's went into a bedroom during Spallone's party to talk and have sex but didn't know that Spalone had three hidden cameras hoping to catch late night action from many of the adult entertainers at the party.

Buttafuoco's became a tabloid sensation and spawned three TV movies after his 1992 affair with a then-underage Amy Fisher, who subsequently shot Joey's first wife Mary Jo. Later, Buttafuoco was put behind bars for having sex with a minor.

At the time of Spallone's party, Buttafuoco he had been on probation after pleading guilty to insurance fraud in 2004. During Buttafuoco's probation, officers found a box of bullets in his home and last January he was sent to Los Angeles County Jail for nearly a year.

Red Light District has a successful track record when it comes to sex tapes. The company is the same studio that released “Amy Fisher: Caught on Tape,” “One Night in Paris” and “One Night in Chyna.” It also has rolled out videos with Paris Hilton and Dustin Diamond.

The video will be available on DVD through distributors and online at ww.clubredlight.com and www.joeycaughtontape.com.

Terms of the latest sex tape deal weren’t disclosed at press time.
