Kulkis Returns to His First Love... Feet

LAS VEGAS, Nevada — Mark Kulkis, CEO of Kick Ass Pictures, will be returning to his roots in 2008, by which we mean feet. His goal is to create a foot fetish website that sets a new standard for die-hard foot eroticists around the world.

Kulkis is best known in foot circles as the creative force behind the venerable Barefoot Confidential series, several of which were shot by Kulkis' alter-ego, Mark Archer.

Archer has not been "seen" since 2005, presumably killed off as his creator moved on to other ventures, but it turns out the shooter is still alive and kicking, according to Kulkis, who spent today holding down the Kick Ass booth at the Adult Entertainment Expo in Las Vegas.

When XBIZ asked him what he had in store for 2008, he responded with decided enthusiasm.

"I'm getting back into shooting," he said, pointing to a poster on the wall promoting his new foot fetish website, footfetishdaily.com, whose editor and publisher just happens to be Mark Archer.

"I looked around and found a lot of foot fetish sites," Kulkis told XBIZ, "but none that were very good. I figured that I could do a better job and create a site that is heads and shoulders above everything else."

As genuinely excited as Kulkis seemed at the prospect of picking up the camera again, he was equally enthused about the new site's prospects, speculating that the online foot fetish niche was primed for exploitation, especially by someone who has an authentic appreciation for the subject-matter.

"I figure who better than someone who knows what they're doing," he said.

Mark Archer, get your shoes on!
