The other two VCX titles nominated in the category were "Insatiable: Definitive Collector's Edition" and "Devil in Miss Jones: Definitive Collector's Edition." VCX president David Sutton said the three nominations and win in the category is a resounding vote of confidence by the industry for the care and work VCX puts into the preservation and restoration of the company's classic titles.
"At VCX, we pride ourselves at being the home to the classics — it's something we take very seriously," Sutton said. "When any title in our library needs to be reordered, our production department completely reviews the disc to ensure the quality of the transfer, menus and bonus features are up to current standards. If it falls short, the title is re-mastered by our staff that spares no expense in giving the fans at home the same experience as seeing it in a theater."
The Adult Entertainment Expo also gave VCX's buyers and members of the adult press their first look at its upcoming big budget feature shot in high definition, "Angel Face." AVN award winners Evan Stone (Male Performer of the Year), Eva Angelina (winner of Best Actress, Video), and Jada Fire (star of "Jada Fire Is Squirtwoman," winner of Best Squirting Series), all appear in the video.
"We gave out screeners to select members of the industry and we also introduced Marie McCray — our newcomer who's the lead in the movie — to the expo," Sutton said. "The response to the screeners are overwhelming so far and it looks like we have a real hit on our hands."
