The exhibition will feature various explicit videos, live art and musical performances from several adult and mainstream artists and filmmakers, including transsexual director/performer Buck Angel, Vivid Alt founder Eon McKai and director Vena Virago, among others.
The event also marks the 30-anniversary of the performance/media art venue, and the pieces displayed in the Lust 4 LACE exhibition will be cataloged in the center’s extensive archive of contemporary art.
Attendees are encouraged to “dress to express,” and the evening will include DJ sets from John Tejada, Henry Self and Robert Crouch, as well as the kinky crafts of JP Craft Captain sponsored by adult retailer Babeland.
LACE is located at 6522 Hollywood Blvd., in Hollywood.
Lust 4 LACE is scheduled to take place on Feb. 14, beginning at 8 p.m. PST. Admission to the event is $10 and proceeds go to benefit the LACE nonprofit organization.
