1st Amendment Professor Joins AdultBizLaw.com

LOS ANGELES — Legal information portal AdultBizLaw.com announced today that Professor John Zelezny has joined the site’s team of legal analysts.

“We are extremely happy to have John as part of the team and as our resident expert in 1st Amendment law,” said Michael Fattorosi, AdultBizLaw.com’s lead attorney and founder. “Having someone with John’s experience is just what we needed for our video seminar series. None one is better at teaching complicated legal issues in layman’s terms.”

In addition to being a featured video seminar presenter, Zelezny will serve as a columnist and author for the site. According to Fattorosi, the site has already taped six video seminars on topics including model releases, the Miller test for obscenity, shooting video content in public places, avoiding copyright problems on websites and issues concerning trademarks and domain names. Zelezny has also authored five articles on topics ranging from nude dancing and free speech to P2P file sharing, Fattorosi said.

Fattorosi emphasized that Zelezny is not merely an academic, as his career has included serving as a newspaper reporter in the 1970s, serving as an executive in the communications industry, authoring textbooks, and the creation of a website dedicated to media and communications law at JohnZelezny.com

“Having John join our team is just the first step of many to position AdultBizLaw.com as the industry’s go-to source for legal information,” Fattorosi said.
