Babeland Promotes 15 Toys for 15th Anniversary

LOS ANGELES — To celebrate its 15th anniversary, Babeland has selected 15 of its favorite toys to honor and promote.

The toys include vibrators, G-spot stimulators, sleeves and a rubber ducky that does more than quack.

Babeland's Claire Cavanah told XBIZ that a focus on customer service and a welcoming atmosphere have kept her company alive in the competitive world of adult toys.

"We present an entirely new experience in a sex toy store that’s encouraging, warm, friendly and a great resource for information," she said.

That welcoming atmosphere extends to both genders. Besides a healthy selection of male G-spot toys and masturbation sleeves, Cavanah said that Babeland tries to extend a warm welcome to men.

"Sex toys are for everyone," she said. "Most of the toys we sell can be used by any person. We have a lot of toys that are designed specifically for either men or women, but the majority fall somewhere in between and are used by each one."

As for what the next 15 years would bring, Cavanah had a simple prediction.

"I'd like to see a vibrator in every nightstand," she said.
