Electracash Updates Merchant Stats Interface

SIGNAL HILLS, Calif. — ACH and direct deposit payment processing services provider Electracash has released a new statistical interface for its merchants.

Electracash offers businesses the ability to accept e-checks and make direct deposits in the U.S. and Canada, and to initiate wire transfers around the globe.

Among the new tools offered in the update is the Unauthorized Returns report, which can help webmasters keep track of unsuccessful transactions.

According to the company, the new merchant stats work on multiple browsers, and are in an understandable and easy-to-read format that can be exported and downloaded to Excel so that users may manipulate the data freely.

"We are very excited about our new merchant stats interface as the online statistical analysis is going to be invaluable for our customers," Electracash CEO Lee Falls said.

New features for increasing productivity, such as the ability to request a new site for approval, have been added to the home page, while new sales tools have also been added to facilitate user changes to website information and pricing options.

Upon logging in, merchants are presented with the balance of their unpaid but collected sales and uncollected pending sales. All previously available reporting tools are available, accessible through a thematically arranged horizontal menu.

"Our new merchant page offers a user-friendly and easy to use interface which gives merchants greater control in viewing all their necessary reporting," Falls said. "Functions like our detailed drill-down menu make processing with Electracash easier than ever before."
