Kink.com Puts Up PicLens Galleries

SAN FRANCISCO — Online fetish producer Kink.com has announced the launch of PicLens galleries, featuring photo content from all of their family of paysites, including Hogtied.com, WaterBondage.com, MenInPain.com and WiredPussy.com, among others.

The PicLens plugin, which can be downloaded at PicLens.com, is an open-source program that allows users to convert photo galleries into a three-dimensional full-screen slideshow format.

“We chose PicLens because it is a freely available cutting-edge technology that makes it more enjoyable to view our huge collection of high-quality digital images,” Kink.com Senior Software Engineer Jon Scott Stevens said. “As a leader of technology in the porn industry, we enjoy offering the best solutions to our members. To my knowledge, we're the first, and so far, the only adult site offering this feature.”

As opposed to a traditional thumbnail gallery format, PicLens uses a “wall” of photos, which can be selected by the user with click and drag, as well as zoom-in features.

Photo content from other Kink.com sites will also be available, including DeviceBondage.com, WhippedAss.com, SexAndSubmission.com, TheTrainingOfO.com, FuckingMachines.com, TSSeduction.com and UltimateSurrender.com.
