Phoenix Releasing Adds Greenwood/Cooper to Its Library

VAN NUYS, Calif. — Gay distributor Phoenix Releasing announced that it has added softcore gay studio Greenwood/Cooper to its DVD inventory.

For the past five years, Phoenix has focused on direct mail and hardcore as its main offerings to the gay market. However, since the relaunch of its website and new online focus, the company has expanded into other areas.

The site now offers all major gay adult studios newest releases, special online sale items, hard-to-find classics, industry gossip sites and, as of this month, beefcake DVDs exclusively from Greenwood/Cooper and Village Lighthouse.

Greenwood/Cooper has long been known for its library of erotic fair from studios around the world. But among its other offerings are titles such as “Stretch,” “Workout” and coming later in May, “Knockout!” These feature hardbodied guys in provocative poses known as the “DaVinci Body” series.

“We’re very excited to start carrying this line,” Phoenix Releasing President Bob East said. “I’ve know about Greenwood/Cooper since the days when Men Of Odyssey carried the hardcore versions of its Pride line. It’s a great line and a terrific way to offer our customers a different type of erotica.”

Currently there are 10 Greenwood/Cooper titles available at PhoenixReleasing.com, with more due in the near future.
