In the suit filed this week at Los Angeles Superior Court, Sean Morrison said he was secretly filmed at a USC frat party by Heatwave employees, who were filming “Nikki the Nymph, Part Two.”
Heatwave is a subsidiary of Van Nuys, Calif.-based United Video Corp.
Morrison said the employees got him drunk and asked him to watch other partygoers have sex. At press time, it was unclear whether Morrison signed a consent form.
The video, released in November 2002, starred Velvet Rose, Vicci Valencorte, Fiona Bones, Michelle Christian, Daisy Dukes, Mr. Beta, Johnny Blaze, Trent Tesoro, Rick Masters, Clarke Kent, Billy Glide, Johnny Thrust, Mark Cummings, Pipminija and Guam.
The movie included a blend of sexual niches, including facial, anal and ass to mouth.
It follows the adventures of Nikki and her sorority sisters, who set out on a scavenger hunt and later bring back their Pi Pi House sisters numerous men.
“Frat juice! Lots and lots of cum,” the movie’s liner notes read. “It looks like our girls really have a chore set out for them, but when a cock needs to be chugged and an ass to be reamed, Nikki and the girls of Pi Pi House are always ready.”
Heatwave spokesman Alex, who first learned of the suit from XBIZ, said his company hasn't been served with the complaint.
But after hearing of the suit from XBIZ, his company is "examining footage of the video."
"We make sure all of the performers give consent to filming," he said.
Morrison said he discovered the video in July after he noticed his image on the back cover of “Nikki the Nymph, Part Two.”
His attorney, Craig Englander of Marina Del Rey, Calif., did not immediately return XBIZ calls over the matter.
