DocJohnson.com Gets a Makeover

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif. – Adult novelty company Doc Johnson is giving its official website DocJohnson.com a makeover. The site is slated for unveiling next month.

“The new site will be more user-friendly in terms of look and design,” Chad Braverman, Doc Johnson’s director of product development and licensing, told XBIZ. “But we’ll keep the same feel as the cataloge."

"We have put a tremendous amount of research and development into our overhaul. We think users will be pleased with the site’s new look, feel and functionality.”

The change was initiated with the company’s consumer base in mind — enhancements to the site will include an upgraded search engine, allowing users the option of locating products by characteristic, color, size and material. Additionally, when a user selects a product, suggestions of similar and compatible product will appear.

The site will boast a “Toy Box” feature that allows users to save and store their favorite products for future reference, or send out email links to friends or lovers.

Users will have access to press releases, posters, ads, banners, catalogs and supplements for viewing and downloading, and visitors will be able to register product and view warranty information as well.

The changes mark the first major overhaul of the company’s website since its initial launch in 2000.

Among Doc Johnson’s best-known and best-selling products are its line of toys created in conjunction with Vivid Video, the legendary Jenna Jameson line, the Pocket Rocket and the iVibe Rabbit.

Soon-to-be-released from the company is the iVibe Rabbit Mini – a slimmer version of the iVibe Rabbit.
