ClubJenna Teams With NakedSword

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — ClubJenna, the production and marketing company headed by Jenna Jameson and husband Jay Grdina, will develop Internet products with San Francisco-based NakedSword.com.

The pairing of the two companies is unique in that it brings together the straight and gay sides of the industry and capitalizes on each company’s knowledge of its respective market. Jameson said it’s a natural fit for her.

“Gay men and I have a lot in common,” she said while making an appearance on NakedSword’s weekly “Tim and Roma Show.” “I used to go to gay pride in L.A. and gay men were flocking to me, saying ‘I’d go straight for you.’”

During the webcast, Jameson was “knighted” as the first-ever NakedSwordswoman. Each of the past two years, NakedSword has allowed site visitors to vote for their favorite member of the company’s “Dream Team” and named the winner NakedSwordsman of the year. Jameson is the first woman to receive the honor.

"Jenna represents an honest and open side of pornography that gay men identify with," NakedSword President Tim Valenti said. "She enjoys sex and isn't ashamed of who she is. Because of her openness and sex-positive attitude, we're proud to make her the first ever NakedSwordswoman.”

While Valenti did not mention any specific details regarding joint projects between the company, he did hint at what’s to come. “With [Jenna’s] sex-positive attitude and the incredible marketing strength of ClubJenna, we believe we can introduce several terrific programs in the upcoming year," he said.
