Lawyer Makes 2257 Query Over 'Oliver Twink' Still

WORCESTER, Mass. — A photograph of gay adult film actor Dillon Samuels has been questioned by authorities in the arrest of a Massachusetts man charged with possession of child pornography.

According to PZP Productions owner Peter Z. Pan, the photograph is a hardcore action still from the 2007 sex comedy “Oliver Twink,” produced by Boheme LLC/PZP Productions. It depicts Samuels engaged in a threesome with costars Kyros Christian and Jarrett Fox.

John Barrett, an attorney for the defendant, contacted PZP Productions for help in verifying Samuels’ identity and legal age.

Pan told XBIZ he complied by forwarding copies of Samuels’ model release and identification for “Oliver Twink.”

Pan was able to respond quickly to the lawyer’s request due to what he described to XBIZ as scrupulous recordkeeping.

Samuels was 20 years old when the movie was filmed. Pan said none of the action or glamour photography for “Oliver Twink” suggested or implied that he was underage.

“I’m stunned this is happening. I have seen photos on newsgroups that really push the envelope with the ‘barely legal’ angle,” Pan said. “Why they chose a photo of Dillon is beyond belief to me; further, he was already a well-known twink star at the time.”

Authorities quickly traced the still’s provenance due to a watermark. Pan said photos from the same threeway have been widely published, including on the cover of Allboy magazine.

The studio is a member of the Free Speech Coalition and ASACP (the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection).

In an emailed statement, attorney Barrett told XBIZ just one photograph from “Oliver Twink” had been found in his client’s possession. He believes it had been printed offline.

The situation surrounding Barrett’s client’s arrest remained unclear, but the attorney did confirm that he had contacted PZP Productions, in order to verify the accuracy of 2257 documentation for Samuels.

At a pretrial conference scheduled for Wednesday, Barrett will learn whether the Worcester, Mass., district attorney plans to pursue the case. He expects information provided by PZP Productions will convince the Commonwealth to drop the charges.
