X Industry Jobs Offers Retainer Option to Employers

CHICAGO — Adult industry job placement company X Industry Jobs is launching a retainer option to go with its current contingency-based option to industry employers. The retainer option will offer employers the ability to pay an annual retainer fee to have X Industry Jobs handle all of their recruiting needs for a 12-month period.

“What we are seeing with adult industry companies is oftentimes the HR department person has a lot to handle managing the department and often doesn’t have the time to do a thorough job search for qualified candidates," X Industry Jobs Senior Vice President Eddie said. "This is where we would step in and manage the complete recruiting process for them."

In addition to monetary savings, employers using the retainer option will get preferential treatment when it comes to candidates that fit their openings and a customized recruiting process to fit the company's personal needs.

“Having industry experience with more than 35 adult companies, we feel we definitely have a good idea on the type of candidates employers are looking for,” Eddie said.

X Industry Jobs is an online job placement firm for administrative, marketing and technical positions in the adult entertainment industry. The site features a system for identifying, interviewing and verifying candidates for a company's hiring process.
