Red Ezra Opens Hacksaw Post

CANOGA PARK, Calif. — Director/photographer Red Ezra has announced he creation of his new postproduction company, Hacksaw Post. The name comes from Ezra's frequent use of the name "Hacksaw" on editing credits.

"I specialize in feature-length programs, adult and long form music video rockumentaries," Ezra said on the Hacksaw Post website. "I do a lot of commercials, trailers and behind the scenes featurettes. I also have quite a bit of experience doing industrials, television series, and pay per view programs."

Ezra's adult credits include directing productions for Wicked Pictures, New Sensations, Sin City, Metro, ClubJenna and Smash Pictures. He has been a still photographer, art director and videographer on his own productions and others'.

"I'm obsessed with moviemaking and I know what it takes to deliver a low budget at high expectation," Ezra said. "I've been in the trenches on many independently produced movies that require a lot of heart to compete with the big guys. I'm a valuable, creative asset to clients in more ways than one and your editing job is in good hands."

Hacksaw Post is located in Canoga Park, Calif., with bases in Austin, Texas, and Baton Rouge, La. "I use the Internet to commute media so my physical location isn't an issue for clients," Ezra said.
