The series pairs television and adult stars in comic send ups of the adult genre. Sasha Grey stars in the first episode of "Porn," which was directed by James Gunn and written by Gunn and his brothers Brian and Sean. Gunn counts "Dawn of the Dead" among his previous work.
The partnership between the actors was casual. Sasha Grey, who recently appeared in Pirates II: Stagnetti's Revenge explains how she landed her PG role. "James [Gunn] just Myspace'd me. I asked around to make sure it was him and it was simple," Grey told XBIZ. "I just emailed him back and said sure!"
"We shot eight or nine episodes. I'm in the first one and I'm looking forward to seeing the others."
Nathan Fillion of ABC's "Desperate Housewives" and Michael Rosenbaum of "Smallville" which airs on the CW network join the adult stars in the spoofs.
