Video Secrets Simplifies Customer Payment System

CALABASAS — Online video chat provider Video Secrets has announced that it has upgraded its monetary structure in order to provide customers with a simpler method of paying for its services.

Previously, Video Secrets payment options were based on allotments of time, but according to a press release issued today, user feedback and market research conducted by the company showed that some customers found the existing structure to be confusing, especially when paying for shows with different rates per minute.

The new credit system converts time into credits, allowing customers to purchase generic credits from the site which can then be applied to any type of show.

"Every second of private time will be converted into the same number of credits," instructions on the Flirt4Free website read. "Every token has also been converted into the same number of credits. This change is designed to make our different show types easier to understand and to facilitate several new features and products we have planned for the future."

Under the new structure, a Private show now costs 60 credits per minute while a Voyeur Mode show costs 20 credits. By pricing all aspects of the site in a more streamlined credit structure, Video Secrets says they have unlocked far more potential new customers than were possible with the previous system.

“We did our research before making any decisions and we were confident that the new credit system would have a positive affect on conversions, especially among new customers, but at the end of the day research is only research and results are what really matter," Video Secrets Operations Manager Brad Estes said. “That’s why we were elated when our expectations were reaffirmed by the boost in new signups that has continued to build ever since the credit system was launched.”
