Worldwide lodging app Airbnb now owns an AI technology that allows them to discriminate against people in certain categories, specifically including sex workers, based on unrelated social media posts and other online data.
Adult industry mainstay Sara Jay is reporting that Airbnb has permanently terminated her account without warning and without any policy violations. It is solely, Jay claims, because she is an adult performer.
