Talent Testing Services Inc. issued a statement today again saying it "categorically denies inappropriate behavior" on the part of its Northridge, Calif., staff to accommodate Mr. Marcus’s request to alter the basic talent panel test results.
Adult performer Mr. Marcus told XBIZ Tuesday that he is “very sorry” for altering his STI test result that showed he tested positive for syphilis, saying he only worked with the altered test because his doctor assured him that he would not be contagious after taking a shot of penicillin and waiting at least 10 days before any sexual activity.
APHSS this afternoon released a response to this morning's Talent Testing Services' announcement that it would not send performer testing data to the APHSS database.
Talent Testing Service, in a press release Thursday morning, said it won't participate in the APHSS program because the manual entry for inputting performer data by participating facilities is "unsafe."
Talent Testing Service CEO Sixto Pacheco told XBIZ Thursday that belonging to the Free Speech Coalition’s Adult Performer Health & Safety Services (APHSS) approved list of performer testing labs is “not in the best interest” of TTS.
