VAN NUYS, Calif. — According to Mark Dalton’s agent David Forest, the Texas Department of Corrections Parole Board has denied a 2008 parole date for the gay-for-pay star. Their decision was rendered on January 24 and his case will not be reviewed again until January 2009.
