XBIZ Awards-nominated adult boutique Chi Chi LaRue’s celebrated the grand opening of its second West Hollywood brick-and-mortar location, Chi Chi LaRue’s Circus, on Saturday, January 11, with a circus-themed soiree that drew WeHo politicians and socialites and a starry array of gay biz studs. The new emporium took over the infamous Circus of Books retail space.
