WIA Profile: Natalie Star

How did you get into the business?

Four years ago I started answering phones and processing applications for TheWCMA.com I quickly became very interested in what it would be like to be on the other side of the camera. Needless to say I loved it. I knew at that point I wanted to be in this industry both in front of and behind the camera. I took the first $1,000 I made on cam and started NatalieStarEnt.com Now four years later here I am succeeding as a woman in a male dominant field.

I am very stubborn and at times a bit hard headed which makes not succeeding not an option. I believe that anything is achievable through hard work and dedication.

What in your background prepared you for what you are doing now?

I think life in general prepared me. I am very stubborn and at times a bit hard headed which makes not succeeding not an option. I believe that anything is achievable through hard work and dedication.

What do you see as the challenges of working in the adult online business?

Being a woman in this industry is hard. Everyone wants to help you until they realize that their dick is not on your agenda. I have been very lucky in having a solid support team over the years. Rob of the WCMA has been amazing and VS Media has gone above and beyond in working with me to help keep me on track and focused. Together we succeed.

Does your work life affect your personal life?

It definitely affects my sleep, LOL. I work 80 hours a week to the average Americans’ 40. I keep my personal life to myself for the most part. My family knows what I do and they are very supportive. My neighbors smile and wave but have no idea. For the most part I live a really normal life.

WIA Profile: Natasha Inamorata

Natasha Inamorata was just a kid when she first picked up a disposable camera. She quickly became enamored with it and continued to shoot with whatever equipment she could afford. In her teens, she saved enough money to purchase a digital Canon ELPH, began taking portraits of her friends, shot an entire wedding on a point-and-shoot camera and edited the photos with Picnik.
