Launch of an Industry Job Board

It’s been a long time coming. There always has been a need for this thriving industry to have a formal outlet for companies and those looking for employment to come together in a neutral setting.

Now it is a reality. It’s called XBIZJobs.net, the industry’s first formal job board.

XBIZJobs.net, launched just over a month ago, is getting a warm welcome from the industry and surpassing our initial launch goals.

Since I entered the adult industry 10 years ago, there has been a lot of changes in how we do business and the types of organizations we run.

One thing that hasn’t changed is how we hired.

The majority of hiring practices were done word of mouth, with the possibly of getting one or two candidates to choose from, or by posting on a large nondescript job board, getting tons of irrelevant resumes.

XBIZJobs.net gives the industry a home to go to when employers want to gather the most relevant eyes to notify their vacancies in their organizations.

XBIZJobs.net, launched just over a month ago, is getting a warm welcome from the industry and surpassing our initial launch goals.

We are anticipating to have more than 25 posted positions, thanks to companies like BrokerBabe, Curve Novelty, Camspower, Camplace, Coquette, Clipfoo, Dating Gold, Dating Factory, Gamma Entertainment/Seedbox, ISPYLIVE, LipService, Live Jasmin, Salty Mobile, Traffic Partner and VIP Offers, among others.

We foresee these numbers multiplying in the forth coming months as XBIZJobs.net continues to become a household name for the industry’s global companies when it comes to job placement for their openings.

At the helm of XBIZJobs.net with a background in industry recruitment that spans eight years, I’m committed to running the daily activities of the newly launched job board because of my extensive work hiring companies and candidates within our industry.

Teaming up with XBIZ seemed liked the perfect synergy. XBIZ is the adult industry’s leading business-to-business media organization, providing up-to-the-minute coverage at XBIZ.com and in three trade publications. XBIZ hosts five annual trade events, including the adult industry’s biggest night, the XBIZ Awards.

Besides our job board, XBIZJobs.net will be offering private recruitment services for companies seeking leads on the most qualified candidates. XBIZJobs Private Recruitment Service identifies the most suitable prospects for a company’s specific needs and then discretely reaches out to qualified professionals to gauge their availability and interest.

Also for the mid- to senior-level managers, we offer a private search for them as well. For candidates seeking new employment opportunities and where the need for utmost confidentiality is paramount, XBIZJobs Private Job Search offers one-on-one private job counseling to ensure that the right positions and companies are considered.

XBIZJobs.net is excited to offer participating companies the ability to choose from a variety of candidates (versus a select few) and to offer candidates the ability to interview with a variety of companies within the industry before making a decision on their next role.

Novel idea, huh?

Eddie Kreider, who has worked for more than a decade in the adult entertainment industry, is chief recruiting officer for XBIZ Jobs, a resource for job seekers and recruiters seeking rewarding employment opportunities

Gregory Dorcel on Building Upon His Brand's Signature Legacy

“Whether reflected in the storyline or the cast or even the locations, the entertainment we deliver is based on fantasy,” he elaborates. “Our business is not, and never has been, reality. Understanding 'Indemnification' in Business Contracts

Clients frequently tell me that they didn’t understand — or sometimes, even read — certain portions of a contract because those sections appeared to be just “standard legalese.” They are referring, of course, to the specialized language used in legal documents, including contracts.

It’s February, the month of love. Just once, wouldn’t it be great to receive a little candy heart asking you to “Be Mine” instead of more forms to fill out and documents to submit?
