Living the 'Kush' Life on Chaturbate

Living the 'Kush' Life on Chaturbate

When I found camming, I found myself. Like most, I was raised to believe I needed a stable office job to succeed, so I never really took the time to fully explore my creative side. Little did I know, that side of me was just waiting to explode! Camming gave me that creative outlet that I didn’t realize I desperately needed.

I had dabbled in the industry for several years before I started to consider it seriously. I had done several photoshoots alongside an industry friend, and I certainly knew by then that I was an exhibitionist. I even wrote a free erotic blog for about two years, to get to know some online fans that were asking about me, just for fun really! Seven years later, some of my blog readers are still with me and they follow/support my career today.

Through interviews, I managed to reach an audience that may not be so familiar with our industry, and people are always fascinated by the level of friendship among ourselves as sex workers, and that we have such genuine relationships with our fans.

I was first introduced to camming on a well-established platform, doing the occasional girl/girl show. When I decided to let go of my 9-5 and jump in the deep end, I did some research and really found a home in Chaturbate. Their diversity was what captured my heart. Their apps and bots made it fun and simple to get started. It was a site in full growth at the time — which is also how I saw myself — and it’s been an honor to grow alongside them over the years.

The concept of camming was so scary at first, as you’re basically exposing yourself and all your flaws for the whole world to see … but as it turned out, it was extremely rewarding as I was quickly accepted, just for being myself. The friendships I have formed while broadcasting on CB have turned out to be some of the most honest relationships.

I think I can attribute a lot of the attention I got at first to my colorful attire/deco on cam. My first cam room was so pink it could make a blind man turn his head! You have to stand out in some way to gain exposure, and to remain relevant in the long haul ... I found it easy to express myself with colors and outfits, which paired quite well with my bright, bubbly personality.

It’s important to find out what drives and inspires you so you don’t get bored, so you can continue pushing yourself to new heights. For me, this was always about having something to look forward to, and keeping myself challenged; to be in constant evolution. This can be something as simple as a new outfit or a new cam game, or as major as teaching yourself new software or building your own website.

And, multiple streams of income really help take a load off our mind. Always be thinking of that next step to keep passion in your work. Although I may have started at a ripe age, I know that if I play it smart, longevity in this industry can be mine!

Camming has always made me feel like I am part of something. This community is so rich in love, acceptance and kindness. I have had a lot of high profile opportunities to discuss what I do. Through interviews, I managed to reach an audience that may not be so familiar with our industry, and people are always fascinated by the level of friendship among ourselves as sex workers, and that we have such genuine relationships with our fans.

There are so many people out there just trying to expose any negativity they can get their hands on, strategically forming questions to get the answer they want ... I’ve literally been cut from documentaries for being too positive cause it’s not what they were seeking. Fine by me! I chose this path, and I couldn’t imagine my life without the cam world, and I’ll be damned if I’ll let people try to portray it otherwise. If you have an opportunity to share your voice with the world, make a positive impression!

I am fortunate to know so many amazing souls, and have had many incredible opportunities that I never would have had if it wasn’t for camming and Chaturbate. Living my life with no regrets! Who could ask for more?

Gregory Dorcel on Building Upon His Brand's Signature Legacy

“Whether reflected in the storyline or the cast or even the locations, the entertainment we deliver is based on fantasy,” he elaborates. “Our business is not, and never has been, reality. People who are buying our content aren’t expecting reality, or direct contact with stars like you can have with OnlyFans,” he says.

Understanding 'Indemnification' in Business Contracts

Clients frequently tell me that they didn’t understand — or sometimes, even read — certain portions of a contract because those sections appeared to be just “standard legalese.” They are referring, of course, to the specialized language used in legal documents, including contracts.
