Expanding Horizons With Fetish Camming

Expanding Horizons With Fetish Camming

When I started webcam modeling back in 2011 I was quite naive about even the most common fetishes. Members would ask me to see my feet and I would think to myself, “Okay, that’s kind of weird, but why?” Of course, I would never say anything to make someone feel like their “thing” was weird or unacceptable, after all they are just feet! I soon started to realize that there are thousands of fetishes that people crave and are willing to pay for … some as simple as pretending to sprain an ankle or vacuuming the carpet. I also started to realize that I was passing up a lot of money declining shows with fetishes that I didn’t really understand or feel like I could cater to. Finally, I thought, “You know what? I’m going to take the shows and just give it my all.” That was the best decision I ever made in my webcam model career!

Fast forward to 2017 where I took home the XBIZ Cam Award for Best Fetish Cam Model, which quite frankly, I feel like I really deserved! You want to know my secret? It’s simple! I started saying “yes” to any fetish or roleplaying request that was sent to me and just did my very best at trying to fulfill their fantasy. Of course, I do have my personal limits and would never do anything to compromise those. Let’s face it, there are some extreme fetishes out there that I would just never do for any amount of money.

I made it to where I am now as a webcam model and true fetish performer by stepping out of my comfort zone and learning about fetishes as I went. What this did for me was make me so versatile and really expanded my income.

“Fake it until you make it” was my new motto and it worked! I made it to where I am now as a webcam model and true fetish performer by stepping out of my comfort zone and learning about fetishes as I went. What this did for me was make me so versatile and really expanded my income. I realized that when I was declining these shows due to uncertainty and fear of the unknown it was really limiting my income and I was there to make money correct?

At first, I slowly started doing more and more fetishes in private shows and just went with it. Very rarely did I have someone leave the show for me having lack of knowledge in their fetish. I found that most members were willing to elaborate on exactly what they wanted in order to get their desires fulfilled by me. I’m not going to lie and say it was easy, especially the female domination fetishes like extreme humiliation. You are taught as a child to be “nice” to people and not to be a “bully.” Even though I am a very dominant person naturally and have been all my life, it was hard at first to tell someone they are a worthless bitch and they have a penis the size of a thimble even though that is what they wanted. I slowly but surely became more confident that I could be anything and cater to most all fetishes while knowing I am just playing a role. It got easier and easier with every show and I am now highly respected as a professional dominatrix and fetish performer by members and fellow industry people alike.

If I could give one piece of advice to a webcam model stuck in a rut of boring masturbation show after masturbation show it would be this: Don’t let your fear of being a little uncomfortable stop you from broadening your limits or trying new things. Take shows that you normally would just pass on (within your limits) and just jump right in. Use the motto “fake it until you make it” like I did to your advantage. After all, what is the worst that can happen? The member exits the show early and leaves you a less than desirable review. That’s when giving an incentive like free nude photos for every five-star rating comes in! That way, if they were not 100% satisfied with the show, they are more likely to still give you a stellar review to get those free nudes!

How Adult Businesses Can Navigate Global Compliance Demands

The internet has made the world feel small. Case in point: Adult websites based in the U.S. are now getting letters from regulators demanding compliance with foreign laws, even if they don’t operate in those countries. Meanwhile, some U.S. website operators dealing with the patchwork of state-level age verification laws have considered incorporating offshore in the hopes of avoiding these new obligations — but even operators with no physical presence in the U.S. have been sued or threatened with claims for not following state AV laws.

Top Tips for Bulletproof Creator Management Contracts

The creator management business is booming. Every week, it seems, a new agency emerges, promising to turn creators into stars, automate their fan interactions or triple their revenue through “secret” social strategies. The reality? Many of these agencies are operating with contracts that wouldn’t survive a single serious dispute — if they even have contracts at all.

Building Sustainable Revenue Without Opt-Out Cross-Sales

Over the past year, we’ve seen growing pushback from acquirers on merchants using opt-out cross-sales — also known as negative option offers. This has been especially noticeable in the U.S. In fact, one of our acquirers now declines new merchants during onboarding if an opt-out flow is detected. Existing merchants submitting new URLs with opt-out cross-sales are being asked to remove them.

How to Handle Payment Disputes Without Sacrificing Trust

You can run the best-managed and most compliant website out there, but that still doesn’t completely shield you from the risks tied to payment disputes. Buyer’s remorse, an unclear billing description or even a simple misunderstanding can lead a customer to dispute a transaction. Accumulate enough disputes, and both your reputation and revenue could be at risk.

From Compliance to Confidence: The Future of Safety in Adult Platforms

In numerous countries and U.S. states, laws now require platforms to prevent minors from accessing age-inappropriate material. But the need for safeguarding doesn’t end with age verification. Today’s online landscape also places adult companies at uniquely high risk for inadvertently facilitating exploitation, abuse or reputational harm, or of being accused of doing so.

How to Switch Payment Processors Without Disrupting Business

For many merchants, the idea of switching payment processors can feel pretty overwhelming. That’s understandable. After all, downtime can stall sales, recurring subscriptions can suddenly fail, or compliance gaps can put accounts at risk. Operating in a high-risk sector like the adult industry can further amplify the stress of transition.
