Q&A: Brooklyn Chase Rocks Those Video Vixen Vibes

Q&A: Brooklyn Chase Rocks Those Video Vixen Vibes

Brooklyn Chase is as scintillatingly seductive as she is wholesomely warm, every inch the girl-next-door, with a bright spirit emanating from her sincere eyes and a radiant smile that screams wifey material.

Whether she is glammed up and dressed to the nines or kicking back with her beloved furries at home on the sofa for a lazy night in, Chase is worth the chase, her foxy fine beauty aglow like few others.

I find it really fun to be able to create my own content with my own ideas or twists on ideas.

And this business-savvy hustler is whip-smart to boot, with a diverse array of merchandise and marketing spanning video clips, sexting and feature dancing, besides her stellar adult shooting career as a performer for top studios.

With acting ambitions and athletic goals aplenty, Chase stays busy as can be, while taking plenty of time to center herself at home in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Who best, then, to break out the champagne for the first-ever XBIZ Clip Star of the Month? That is why XBIZ sat down with this lovely minx, for an exclusive interview.

XBIZ: What inspired you to join the adult industry?

Chase: I had worked retail for over a decade and decided I wanted to do something more fun. I’ve always been sexual, so when I stumbled across an online ad for an agency, I met with them and asked every question I could come up with to make sure that I was making the right decision. After about three hours, I decided to do one shoot, see how I felt and go from there.

During my first scene, I was made to feel so comfortable and had such a good time that I decided it was what I wanted to do. I’ve enjoyed every day of my adult career so far, and have zero regrets! It’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made and I know this is the career for me!

XBIZ: How would you describe the “Brooklyn Chase” brand, in a nutshell?

Chase: Brooklyn Chase is the girl next door that you wish you had! The personality you see on screen is really me. I’m just a girl, doing something I love, and I think my fans love and appreciate that. I know what my fans like to see and what they don’t, so part of my brand is giving them what they want. The key to being successful at any business is giving your customers and/or people that spend money on you exactly what they desire.

True fans of the “Brooklyn Chase” brand don’t want to see me in very rough scenes or precarious situations. They want to see me as that sexual, demure, girl next door that they fantasize about. My brand is about being true to what I enjoy and what I know the people that support me want to see.

XBIZ: As a performer who shoots studio content, how did you get into producing clips? Any lessons from your studio shoots, that influence your self-produced ones?

Chase: After years of shooting for studios, I knew what I liked to do and what fans liked to see. I decided that producing my own clips was another way to reach my fans and continue to make content, even when I’m not in L.A. shooting.

I take ideas from custom video requests that I’ve received over the years and make them my own. I find it really fun to be able to create my own content with my own ideas or twists on ideas. Being able to roleplay and act out the things that turn me on has been a great experience for me. It gives me some creative freedom to continue to do what I love from the comfort of my own bedroom.

XBIZ: What is your preferred site for selling clips and why?

Chase: While I’ve used a number of sites, my preferred site is ManyVids, hands down. I’m not a very technologically savvy person, and I find it very user- and consumer-friendly. More importantly, the people behind the company are absolutely amazing and helpful.

I also like the added bonuses ManyVids offers of being able to take custom video requests, sell my own merchandise and much more. I find the commission to be better than any other sites, plus the traffic ManyVids drives is unparalleled. I feel extremely lucky that ManyVids has welcomed me into the family and even had me at the plush MV Loft. They’re totally unlike any other clip site I’ve used in the past.

XBIZ: Describe the benefits of having multiple revenue streams, beyond traditional shoots.

Chase: Recently I had some medical issues that prevented me from shooting. I was gravely ill and thought my career may be over. Thankfully, I had my ManyVids store and other streams of revenue that were still producing income for me, even though I was physically out of commission.

It was reassuring that I was able to make residual income from the clips that I had previously uploaded and by utilizing all the opportunities we have in our industry, like OnlyFans, premium Snapchat, SextPanther and Dreamlover. It’s so incredibly important to have diverse streams of income and not “put all your eggs in one basket.”

XBIZ: How do you approach social media, as far as growing your stardom and generating sales? Any difference in your key strategies for each platform (Twitter vs. Instagram, etc.)?

Chase: I have to admit, I’m not the best at social media! I grew up at the onset of social media, so it’s not second nature to me. I also lead a very low key, boring lifestyle when I’m home in Pittsburgh, so I don’t post as often as I should.

I do think it’s important to promote the stuff I’m doing, whether it be dancing, appearances or new clips and scenes. The only way to truly be successful in this industry is to spread the word about projects. Beyond that, I’m wildly proud of the things I do and believe they deserve sharing. I try to keep my Instagram very PG-rated and save the naughtier stuff for Twitter.

XBIZ: What kind of content seems to sell the best for you, as far as genre/style for clips? Any special technology or methods you’ve found helpful in creating your most popular content?

Chase: It’s hard to say because I’ve had success with all the genres I’ve posted, but I think a good old boy/girl scene will always sell the best. Probably because it’s what I like to do the most. I shoot clips with other performers and close friends that live locally to me, and those always tend to be popular.

I also do well with my roleplaying clips, mainly the one where I pose as a “naughty house sitter” that gets caught by the homeowner in a very, very compromising position. I like to post a variety of things to cater to all of my fan base.

XBIZ: What other revenue streams do you explore besides clips and studio shoots?

Chase: Other than clips and studio-produced shoots, I have an OnlyFans page, a premium SnapChat and I text with fans on both DreamLover and SextPanther. OnlyFans is where I spend the most time. I post short clips, exclusive pictures and message with fans. I also spend a lot of time on SextPanther, chatting with loyal fans and hearing about their days and lives, while also exchanging pictures and fulfilling their fantasies.

XBIZ: Give us a glimpse of what your life is like off the camera. Any hobbies you’re especially passionate about?

Chase: Off camera, I’m like a 90-year-old woman! I like to read true crime novels and fictional thrillers, and can get lost in a good book for hours. I am big into crafting and have an amazing craft studio where I make custom shirts, personalized greeting cards and home decor items.

I recently started training to run my second half marathon and am enjoying getting back into the swing of things on the treadmill. I have a cat and two awesome dogs that take up a lot of my time, and I keep busy being the quintessential housewife. I’m definitely multi-faceted on and off camera.

XBIZ: Tell us your biggest professional and personal ambitions for 2019 (and beyond).

Chase: My biggest personal ambition is to get back into distance running and complete my second half marathon. Professionally, I’d like to continue to shoot for more big companies and hopefully star in some feature movies, which I find to be so much fun — and I love the acting aspect of it. I have some companies in mind that I’d like to work for and would like to be involved with at tradeshows in 2020. I would like to put out some amazing performances that maybe can result in my first XBIZ award (hint, hint).

I’m definitely going to continue to grow my fanbase and hope to hit one million followers on all my social media accounts by the end of the year. All in all, I want 2019 to be the year of Brooklyn Chase! I feel it’s definitely my time.
