Flirt4Free Brand Ambassador Stefano Discusses Thriving Cam Career

Flirt4Free Brand Ambassador Stefano Discusses Thriving Cam Career

There are popular and enduring cam models — and then there are next-level stars like Stefano. The chiseled, dreamily handsome Euro-hunk, known as Jakub Stefano on other adult platforms such as OnlyFans and JustFor.fans, is marking nearly 15 years as a cam star.

Today, in addition to his regular camming schedule, he travels the globe as a brand ambassador for Flirt4Free. XBIZ spoke to Stefano about financial freedom, setting attainable goals and the importance of good manners.

I have always been a self-driven person that strives for more. In live camming, I saw the potential to change my life for the better.

Stefano first began exploring the potential of camming as a 19-year-old, wet behind the ears and hungry for extra cash. He went on to earn a rep for steadily improving as he produced eye-catching content.

Despite his ready-for-the-runway good looks, Stefano chose not to cultivate a distant, untouchable persona. His Flirt4Free reps enthuse about his earned rep as an attentive, empathic listener who insists on respectful, almost courtly behavior. (“I’m old school,” he notes in his online profile. “Manners are required in my room.”)

However, he’s definitely not conventional about his erotic interests. The oral-happy stud fantasizes about an entire football team “sucking and gagging on my dick. Well, we all dream,” he notes.

“Motivation” is the secret ingredient Stefano relies upon to maintain his interest and focus after nearly 15 years on the scene. “Motivation is key for most models,” he told XBIZ. “I have always been a self-driven person that strives for more. In live camming, I saw the potential to change my life for the better.”

He is adamant about setting specific, attainable goals. “For example, I have a certain amount of money I want to make in two weeks and I won’t settle for less,” he said. “I also use a vision board for my bigger goals. Whatever your dream goal is — house, car, traveling or helping family — print it out or write it down and think about it often. Every time you feel like being lazy and not getting up early, make sure to check your vision board and ask yourself what you have to do to reach your goal.”

Stefano’s broader goal as a cam star, however, has evolved beyond dollars or tokens. “Money was the only reason I started camming as a 19-year-old boy,” he recalled. “Making money is still great, but it has become just a tool for what I enjoy most: freedom. Time and financial freedom are huge benefits of being a cam model. You are your own boss. You can travel, work from all over the world and invest in your future plans. I also enjoy being recognized for my hard work and the results I have achieved in my career.”

When asked about his “duties” as a brand ambassador, Stefano politely rephrased the question. “To be honest, I can’t even call it duties,” he said. “Representing the site at conventions and summits and motivating and training models from all over the world. It’s great to see that I can help them change their lives for the better. It’s something I truly enjoy.”

On the tech side of his work, Stefano is passionate about his set-up, streamlined from years of practice and trial-and-error. “I use a good laptop and Logitech HD webcam when I travel,” he said.

“When I’m home I use a PTZ camera with remote control and a pair of photo studio lights. Good quality of video and lighting is always important.”

He notes Flirt4Free will soon launch a mobile app to enable direct streaming. “I’m very excited to see how that will go. It’s also always good to use interactive toys if the model is comfortable with using them because members love to be interactive,” he said.

Stefano aims for a regular, steady cam schedule; fans, he notes, prefer to know they can count on catching their favorite performers at a regular time. “I try to go online at the same time every day, so my fans know when I will be there for them. It’s also good to have your schedule in your bio, so members can see it,” he said.

“At this point in my career, I am usually on cam 6-8 hours per day. When I was younger, I put in more hours but webcam is not my only activity, so I try to do as much as I can. On promo days, when there are cash prizes for top models, I put in more hours. I also put in time daily to work on social media, emails and personal marketing as a model.”

He is thoughtful in answering a question regarding advice for fans who want to optimize their camming experience. “That’s a tough question. Every model and user has unique needs,” he said. “I would say — both to models and members — to remember you are chatting with a human being. Mutual respect and good manners are so basic, yet so rare these days.”

Stefano has observed how interest in camming has waxed and waned over the years. Today, it is a vibrant, vital marketplace. “I think the cam industry has been constantly growing since I started. However, it has been booming more than ever in the last few years,” he notes.

“Tech improvements, better quality and speed of streams and the option to use phones and iPads make the experience more user-friendly. These days there is a bigger awareness of cams; almost every adult site has a live cam section to meet [fans’] particular needs. People will always [crave] human interaction.”
