Q&A: MySweetApple Passionately Ignites as 2020 XBIZ Best Clip Artist Duo

Q&A: MySweetApple Passionately Ignites as 2020 XBIZ Best Clip Artist Duo

Taking a bite of the sinfully delicious content that MySweetApple offers thrills the veins and unleashes the imagination, because they light up the screen with amorous authenticity.

As real-life couple that is deeply in love, they view money as a secondary concern, a mere afterthought, only performing their acts of adoration for the camera when the mood truly strikes. This dedication to realness pays off though, with a fandom that is happy to support them and spend time in their presence.

I think the best decision we ever made was to always put our relationship and well-being first.

Ever since they met at the office while doing 9-5 jobs, discovering they had a lot in common and becoming very fast friends, it took only a month for them to become enamored with each other. “We spent the first year of our relationship in a tiny apartment in Buenos Aires fucking, eating and fucking again,” they shared. “We wouldn’t even go to work.

And when they started doing videos “way before even thinking about posting them online,” they liked seeing themselves and knowing there was a camera “made us perform better and made sex even more exciting.”

By the time they left Argentina and started traveling around the world, far from their family and friends, they started sharing their intimacy on the internet more regularly, first doing live shows “which led to people asking for custom videos and photos.” They happily provided the content.

“We received such good feedback that we discovered a new fetish: having an audience for our sex life,” they shared. “And to this day, we’re exactly what we show on our videos — a normal couple who’s crazy about each other and keeps discovering and trying new fetishes and sharing our adventures with a lot of people.”

To catch a deeper glimpse of their exhibitionistic, madly-in-love lifestyle, XBIZ kicked back with MySweetApple for this exclusive Clip Star of the Month interview.

XBIZ: At what point did you realize, “Hey, this is now a full-time career that is going well!” and begin getting serious about it?

MSA: When we started posting content online, we quit everything else since Day 1. We didn’t have a doubt this was going to be a fun project and even if it hadn’t paid well, we would still be doing it. We never got too serious about it, because it never felt like a job; we were just playing around, fulfilling fantasies and creating our best type of life together. But I guess it was after we had done it for a full year that we were like “Hey, we haven’t ‘worked’ in a while, I guess this is what we do now.” Can’t complain, haha.

XBIZ: Describe a few very important business lessons you’ve learned along the way from those early days, now that you’re established.

MSA: I think the best decision we ever made was to always put our relationship and well-being first. We’ve had so many offers for huge amounts of money, but maybe we weren’t ready or we simply didn’t like the offer and declined them. For example, once we got offered $10,000 to do an anal video, but we had only done it a couple times and were scared I (Kim) could get injured, because Paolo’s cock is really thick, so we declined it.

The next week, we were doing anal on a live show for free for thousands of people, and to this day we’ve made a lot more money teasing with anal play than we could have done with one video that could have actually hurt me, our relationship or whatever. And people love it, because they know we only do what we like and what we genuinely enjoy; and when we do, we give them such passionate content, they go crazy. It’s the same when doing threesomes and collaborating with other couples — we have to feel comfortable and actually know and like them, because we don’t want to ruin this beautiful thing we’ve created.

XBIZ: What is the “MySweetApple” brand, as far as the meaning behind the name and how your fans might describe your personality, as well as your style of videos?

MSA: MySweetApple has evolved year after year. In the beginning, “MySweetApple” was my ass, and Paolo was never in front of the camera, so the viewers would feel like I’m their girlfriend and we’re traveling together around the world. But Paolo has such a great personality, people really wanted to see him in front of the camera, and this led us to making more roleplay and fantasy videos and exploring our own kinks.

Our content is the reflection of what a young, open-minded couple who is crazy about each other looks like. What we like to transmit is that when there’s good communication and an open mind, life can be truly amazing and dream-like and in our DMs, this is what we read the most — people going crazy over how passionate and in love we look on our videos.

XBIZ: Where can fans find your movies? Which platforms are your favorite to use and why?

MSA: At the moment, all our best and daily content goes to OnlyFans. Being the type of couple that fucks every day, we always have a lot of content to share and sometimes we don’t feel like preparing the 4K camera and professional microphone, but we do want to involve a camera, so we make lots of sex tapes with our phone and explore with outfits, toys, positions, public places, etc. I also love chatting with fans, receiving their feedback and making personalized content for them.

We also love Pornhub; we post a new video every weekend, either traveling around, with friends, other couples or doing public scenes (like on a train, plane, boat, mountain, streets, etc.). We also make shows on Chaturbate, we have so much fun there.

Lately, we are super busy and don’t have time to do live shows every day, but cam shows are something we need to do at least once a week. We love having sex and talking with the audience.

Porn evolves every day and so do we — that’s why we created our website MySweetApple.com where we put all we do in one place with all of the links so people don’t get dizzy. The internet evolves so fast, that platforms are constantly changing and we need to adapt.

XBIZ: How do you market yourself on social media, as well as answering fan DMs, interacting with them, etc.? Do you split up the responsibilities?

MSA: Kim does all the social and marketing part (she is a public and literary translator and loves communication, writing and learning new languages), while Paolo does the editing and designing (he’s a media designer and artist, self-taught in so many areas and very creative). We’re lucky to complement each other very well.

XBIZ: What kind of content seems to sell the best for you, and what kind of prices have you experimented with for clip sales?

MSA: Our bestsellers are travel and threesome videos, along with some crazy fetishes. We price our videos from $5 to $30 depending on how hardcore they get or how much production they have, but in general we always try to make our prices as cheap as possible so most of our fans can access them. We also have a lot of free videos posted on Pornhub for people who cannot pay and there’s a huge collection on OnlyFans for a small fee.

XBIZ: Describe your experiences attending XBIZ Miami and then winning Best Clip Artist Duo this year.

MSA: It was crazy; we did not expect to win at all. We had been nominated a couple times in the past and we always wished to take home the trophy, this time we were at home following the online event and we had trouble with the internet and it was so late for us (we live in Spain), so when we finally could and they were announcing the nominated couples, we hear “MySweetApple” and see our winning clip — we couldn’t believe it! We were honestly ecstatic, picked our puppy up and started kissing him so much and screaming around him; we were all going crazy, hahaha. Receiving so many congratulations and love after winning was also so nice.

XBIZ: What are you hoping to achieve the next few months and what are your big dreams for the long-term future?

MSA: We’re not the type of people to plan much; we’re in love, happy, healthy, inspired, saving money and proving ourselves worthy of trophies and recognition. We wish to keep having fun, always staying together, traveling and we want to never stop smiling. We’re happy to be able to say those around us have changed their minds with respect to sex work and we have even inspired more people to do it. We hope to keep inspiring others to have sex.
