Dan Dangler: Spicy Gaming Streamer Goes Pro as XXX Star

Detroit native Dan Dangler grew up a tomboy, hanging out with her older brothers and their friends, and playing sports with the neighborhood boys. In school, she always enjoyed art classes, as well as anything that involved animals.

She also loved video games. To fit in as “one of the boys,” she chose the masculine-sounding gamer name “Dan Dangler” — the moniker she became known under when her passion translated into a vibrant Twitch streaming career.

I feel that sex is part of human nature and who we are. At the end of the day, I know I’m performing a service that brings happiness to other people — including myself.

After several years, that attention and traffic led her to dip her toes more and more into adult content — though she says her biggest reason for pursuing such a career is to help fulfill her ultimate ambition: opening an animal sanctuary.

“I do it for the money because it’s honestly the best way for me to reach my goal,” she explains. “I have seven dogs, all rescues. I think I have more dogs than human friends!

“I also don’t mind performing for other people or on camera,” Dangler adds. “I feel that sex is part of human nature and who we are. At the end of the day, I know I’m performing a service that brings happiness to other people — including myself.”

Spreading happiness among her fans has earned Dangler a loyal following across multiple platforms.

“My Twitch fans like it when I’m on the Just Chatting channel because we can catch up on what’s been happening all week,” she says. “They also want to learn about the adult industry because I spill the beans on how it works. It’s funny to me to get their reactions because they don’t understand all the smoke and mirrors that goes into making scenes.”

At the same time, Dangler has cultivated a thriving TikTok presence, with many a popular post featuring various other personalities.

“I like to interview people in my space, whether it be streamers or people in the adult industry,” she notes. “I also vlog my day as well as my collabs so they can see what that is like from a behind-the-scenes perspective.

“Of course, I always try to do the trending TikTok, but I’m not always the best dancer!” Dangler admits. “My most popular posts are probably of my dog Tito, or just me dancing around in a bikini.”

Another part of her successful formula involves collaborating with others, whether for marketing or adult content shoots.

“I try to find girls who are in the same social media niche as me,” Dangler offers. “I usually contact them via social media DMs — or through mutual friends. I typically find most of my collaborators after they work with one of my friends. When we shoot, I always make sure we are in a fun environment so we can create the best content possible for our fans.”

Among her varied content, her fans typically gravitate toward either her POV or threesome videos.

“I think many of them like the POV because it’s easier to fantasize that it’s them in the situation,” Dangler observes. “They also enjoy the threesomes because they get to see me interact with another female performer, and there’s usually just a lot happening and going on in the scenes with multiple people.”

She also credits her success in part to her behind-the-scenes team, with whom she coordinates to keep her business running smoothly and to maximize her monetization.

“My assistant and I basically do everything related to the business,” Dangler shares. “My assistant handles all the day-to-day operations. He schedules all my appointments and meetings with accountants, studios and my publicist. He also helps schedule my collabs and coordinate release dates on my OnlyFans and social media. I handle the entertainment side of things, which includes stream ideas, scene ideas/plots and social media outfits, locations and looks.”

Dangler says she seeks to continually evolve, personally and professionally, and reflects on a few of the biggest ways she has done so since she began exploring the adult industry.

“I care about my health a lot more than I ever have,” Dangler says. “My health and my body are my business, so I have to keep them in tip-top shape. I put a large emphasis on my fitness and eating clean. I’ve stopped drinking and drastically reduced my marijuana intake. I’m very focused on being healthy, both physically and mentally.”

For Dangler, that includes making time for her favorite activities.

“I focus on my dogs!” she says. “I like to take them on walks. I actually bought a stroller for my two older dogs so they could go along. I’ve also recently taken up hiking, and that’s a great workout as well as a mental health boost. There’s nothing better than being out in nature.”

When not shooting independent content, building up her social media or taking time for self-care, Dangler has begun doing professional studio shoots.

“I just love shooting with Brazzers,” she says. “It’s a small set and small crew, so it’s very comfortable and personal. There’s not a lot of pressure on set. They pamper you and make sure you’re comfortable the entire time. I’ve also done a few scenes with Vixen, and I’m open to shooting with other large companies.”

She has also ventured into AI through Clona.ai, creating her own digital doppelganger that fans can chat with. Dangler foresees it becoming a key element of her business hustle.

“Developing my AI isn’t as glamorous as you might think!” she laughs. “The process involved me reading large scripts with different keywords and recording them. This allowed the AI to learn how I speak and what my tone is. In the future, I can see it developing to generate photos as well as video scenes. It will allow fans to be as precise as they want in custom video requests, and give them exactly what they are looking for.”

Looking ahead to the rest of 2024 and beyond, Dangler reveals that she has more than 10 professional scenes waiting to drop in the next few months.

“I want to become a household name,” she says. “Like Angela White or Riley Reid. I want to win awards and absolutely blow up in the industry more than I already have. I want to leave my mark and be able to look back in 10, 15 or 20 years and say, ‘Yeah, I did that.’”
