The important thing is not to make the surfer think whether to cancel or not. If he thinks about it, he's most likely to cancel. So, keep something special in reserve for him about 10 days before the billing cycle, with the promise of a special every month. Most likely, he'll get a favorable impression, and won't think too hard about the rebill.

Ultimately, what it comes down to is that you have to give the customer a hard-on and keep it hard for as long as you want him to keep paying you. What you do and how you do it may vary, but that is what it's all about.
