Girls Gone Wild Affiliate Program Makes Debut

SANTA MONICA, Calif. – Capitalizing on the success of its Girls Gone Wild brand name, Mantra Entertainment has officially launched GGWCash.com through a partnership with WebQuest, a Calabasas, Calif.-based interactive services firm that counts Vivid and Hustler as two of its biggest adult clients.

WebQuest and Mantra have been in talks for the last year, WebQuest President Bruce Benevento told XBiz. Once the ink was dry by the end of 2005, Webquest spent the rest of the year building the GGWCash members area, constructing new tours and preparing to launch the program as a continuation of the Girls Gone Wild video line of flesh-flashing co-eds.

Webquest also provides hosting and traffic management, web design and development, and affiliate marketing services for GGWCash and other clients, 95 percent of which are adult entertainment companies.

“Larry Flynt had been branding for 30 plus years, but if you say ‘Girls Gone Wild,’ everybody know exactly what you’re talking about,” Benevento said. “GGW is a socially acceptable adult product because it conjures up images of young college kids having fun, frolicking on the beach – it seems very innocent. And while the Hustler brand has tremendous power, there are some markets that are closed to it. You don’t see Hustler.com at night on television like you do Girls Gone Wild.”

In celebration of its launch, GGWCash is offering webmasters double payouts of $70 per join for the first 25 joins.

Benevento said the introductory offer will run until Feb. 4, after which the payouts will be $35 per join.

“This is a unique opportunity to bridge markets,” Benevento said. “Hustler is more nasty and Girls Gone Wild is more naughty, and naughty OK.”
