The company also confirmed that Sean Michaels Productions, helmed by the adult industry veteran, would be releasing its new movies through 5th Element. Like De’Nyle, Michaels was formerly with Platinum X.
The contract calls for Jewel De’Nyle Productions to release one movie per month over the next two years, after which the deal can be renewed.
“I have eight movies on the shelf collecting dust, so I wanted to give my fans the opportunity to see them,” De’Nyle told XBIZ. “Kylie Ireland also directed for me, so her movies will be released too.”
De’Nyle said that she parted ways amicably with Platinum X and wanted to get a new distribution deal in place quickly so the movies she’d already shot would be brought to the market right away.
“I had been in talks with a previous company about distributing my movies, but Oren [5th Element owner] was the next person to approach me after that deal fell through and things just felt right,” De’Nyle said. “I’m still going to direct all the things my fans love, like interracial, a girl/girl series with no toys and more.”
De’Nyle’s first movie under 5th Element is “Sultry, Sinful Asians,” starring Gianna Lynn, Kianna Lynn and Mya Luanna, shot before she became a Hustler exclusive. The movie will be released during the first week of August.
5th Element, formed in January, acts as a distribution house to Ghostpro Studios, 818 Prop, Seven Silver Keys, Hunter Productions and JMC.
