Melissa Midwest Starts Model Search

LINCOLN, Neb. — Deciding that one Melissa Harrington, aka Melissa Midwest, wasn’t enough, the popular web model has launched a contest to find the next amateur star made in her mold — the "naughty girl next door."

The winner of Harrington’s contest will receive a $100,000 13-month contract for her own website that will be part of the MelissaMidwest.com program. Additionally, the model will be given a new car, computer, video camera and fully furnished apartment in Lincoln, Neb. The model search winner must be willing to move to the Nebraska capital for the duration of the contract.

“This is a huge contest for me and something I’ve been wanting to do for a while,” Harrington told XBIZ. “I’m basically looking for the next ‘me.’ I’m going to teach the winner what it takes to be a successful model, and show them the ins and outs of running their own website. I can’t wait to see all the hot girls that enter.”

To be eligible, all entrants must have turned 19 by Aug. 10 and live in the continental U.S. The first $10,000 of the model’s salary will be paid when the winner moves to Lincoln, and then every three months thereafter. Upon completing the contract, the winner will be paid the remaining $60,000.

Five finalists will be chosen to audition in person with Harrington. The contestants will take part in photo and video shoots, webcam shows and interviews. The top five finalists will be paid $1,000.

“I’m looking for a girl that’s really cute and naughty yet is still wholesome,” Harrington said. “I want her to love doing her site and interacting with her members and fans. She can’t be shy about performing on camera or being in public. It’s going to be a lot of work, but very fun. I’ll be with her every step of the way.”

The winning amateur model will be required to shoot two picture sets, one video per week, two 45-minute live webcam shows, make appearances, promote products and travel with Harrington to events for the full 13-month exclusive contract.

Full nudity is required of the winning model, as well as the willingness to pose nude with Harrington and masturbate alone on camera. Hardcore or boy/girl sex is not required.

Harrington is not seeking any specific type of look in eligible entrants, so she is encouraging models of every shape and size to enter the contest.
