Contributors can post in a number of categories where members vote for the winner in each category.
The operators said they are giving away thousands of dollars a month to its winners. The site has bee recently updated with a more user friendly interface.
Users can join for free to browse the content, give feedback, comments and rate the submissions on the site's forum.
