According to TMZ.com, Vivid delayed the tape's original dates after an ex-boyfriend of Toastee's claimed his hand was featured in the tape spanking the reality star, and that his voice is audible during the scene.
The boyfriend, calling himself "Jeffrey," called Vivid and demanded the company halt distribution of the tape, but when Vivid Co-Chairman Steven Hirsch showed him proof that the man was in fact someone else, "Jeffrey" apologized.
A Vivid representative did not provide comment by press time.
Toof competed on the VH1 reality show "Flavor of Love 2," vying for the attention of rap artist Flavor Flav. She was disqualified when producers discovered that she had been a nude model and appeared in an adult movie under the stage name Natalia the Scissor Vixen. She also has appeared on "The Tyra Banks Show."
In a statement posted on the VH1 "Celebreality Blog" site, Toof said, "I have decided that I could either put a lot of time, effort and money into pursuing legal action to prevent the video's release, or I could put a lot of time, effort and money into my medical degree. I choose the latter."
