Pornhub Scores Touchdown With Mainstream Food-Porn Ad

BURBANK, Calif. — Pornhub’s home-page ad yesterday showed off a new mainstream sponsor.

Kraft Heinz Co.’s Devour frozen-food brand ran ads on Pornhub Monday as part of a campaign built around a Super Bowl commercial with a food-porn theme.

“See hot food porn now,” said Devour’s ads on the site, which included a  Pornhub logo header with a fork through it.

Devour has further generated publicity for its Super Bowl ad by announcing that CBS rejected an initial edit and by promoting another version that includes a woman describing her boyfriend’s addiction to “frozen food porn.”

“Devour is explicitly talking about #Foodporn, which has become a cultural phenomenon with over 185 million posts on Instagram today,” Devour officials said yesterday.

“This one-day activation is part of a humorous juxtaposition to highlight the concept of food porn that began with the release of the uncensored 60-second Big Game ad.”
