ManyVids Now Offers Payouts to MV Tube Content Creators

MONTREAL — Declaring “get views, get paid, it’s that simple,” ManyVids has announced it is now paying the content creators featured on MV Tube.

According to the company, it launched MV Tube to help make a real change in the adult industry and to start a unified resistance against stolen content.

“MV Tube is a revolution, where there’s no stolen vids, no intrusive ads, and we feature content that is ethically produced to benefit its creators,” says a company spokesperson. “This rebellion against piracy — and the prevailing norms that harm the incomes and careers of porn stars, sex workers, and content creators — is ongoing, and MV’s adjusting and making changes to constantly improve MV Tube.”

MV Tube is also a place where MV Stars can gain exposure, new fans, and create content that could be a bit too risqué for social media platforms but is still SFW.

“The platform is meant to be a powerful and flexible tool for MV Stars to express themselves and promote themselves,” the spokesperson explains. “Rest assured that on MV Tube your content will never get deleted. It’s basically a sexier ‘YouTube’ for adults! Be yourself and feel free to voice your opinion without any censorship.”

Even though there’s currently no paid advertisements on MV Tube, ManyVids still wishes to reward its business partners, the MV Stars who create the content featured on MV Tube, so it is now offering 1¢ for every 15 views ($0.67/1000 views) on MV Tube.

The view count is calculated based on the combination of the views on all of the creator’s free vids on MV Tube.

“You need a minimum of 15 combined view counts — this counts all vids viewed, to receive a payout. This revenue is not based on ad revenue or any factor besides views and is paid out on the first of every month,” the spokesperson notes. “Once your views are calculated and paid out, views generated from a previous month do not carry over into the following month’s calculations as they will get paid on the same month the view was generated.”

MV will reset the monthly view count for payment purposes, but not the overall video view count and nothing earned on MV Tube will affect or impact the creator’s MV Score/MV Rank.

“ManyVids takes piracy seriously and every month spends more than $8,000 taking down stolen vids on tube sites — this is done as a free service to MV Stars because MV believes that stolen content hurts all of us and has a negative effect on everyone in the industry,” the spokesperson concludes. “MV now has more than 24k MV Tube vids and more are being added every day. MV Tube will constantly improve so that it remains the best platform for content creators to host their free content.”
