Vivid Lands 168 Industry Award Nominations

LOS ANGELES — Vivid Entertainment Group has received a record 168 nominations for various categories in the 2008 Adult Video News awards. The winners will be announced Jan. 12 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas.

Two Vivid Girls, Monique Alexander and Savanna Samson, will vie for Female Performer of the Year, one of the top awards.

Its star, Vivid Girl Briana Banks, will be up for Best Actress in a Film and its director Paul Thomas for Best Director Film. He also is up for Best Director Body of Work, a new category.
