Strausse is a long time photographer, musician and cinematographer, and he began the transition to directing erotica two years ago, after being inspired by his mentor veteran adult director Andrew Blake.
“Nathan Strausse is not your cookie-cutter-style director, ” Blake said. “He’s the entire package.”
Strausse served as Blake’s lighting and camera assistant for the past six years on films such as "Valentina" and "X."
“Andrew recognized and nurtured my own fascination and desire to explore the beauty and eroticism," Strausse said. “I now want to expand the level of how we see and respond to it.”
