Gay multimedia company Titan Media and its parent company the Io Group have filed suit in U.S. District Court in Northern California against Mark LaPerna and 44 John Doe defendants, claiming copyright infringement.
A federal grand jury indicted an unidentified “John Doe” on Friday for transporting child pornography over the Internet. “We have photos of the defendant, and we are asking for the public’s assistance to identify this man,” the Justice Department’s Assistant Attorney General Christopher A. Wray told XBiz.
