The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has upheld the firing of a Chandler, Ariz., police officer who operated an adult site that featured the officer and his wife in sexually explicit pictures and videos, and dismissed the couple’s lawsuit against the Chandler Police Dept.
A U.S. Air Force Academy cadet was charged this week with running a porn site from his dormitory room at a prestigious Colorado Springs air force academy. He faces a court martial and up to 14 years in prison.
