The Polk County, Fla., sheriff who declared war on the production and distribution of porn in his county after the arrest of adult performer Kimberly Kupps on obscenity charges in June has been hit with a federal lawsuit.
Days after Kimberly Kupps was arrested on 13 obscenity counts for content distributed over the Internet, Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd has declared war on the manufacturing and distribution of porn in his county.
"The War on Pornography" took center stage Monday as supporters of an anti-porn initiative held a news conference at a state college in Orem, Utah, to voice their concerns that porn is becoming a danger to children.
