An adult retail chain based in Minnesota and North Dakota that did business under the name Fantasys has changed its brand name as part of a lawsuit brought on by rival Fantasy Gifts.
A lawyer for the Fantasys adult retail chain has signed off on a civil judgment that will strip the brand name off of its three stores and forbid its operators from using "fantasy" in connection with the marketing of adult sex toys and novelties.
