Video Internet Subscriptions on Rise, Study Says

Worldwide Internet video subscription services will grow to more than $4.6 billion in 2008, according to a survey released Monday. The study by In-Stat/MDR, a high-tech market research firm based in Scottsdale, Ariz., forecasts all video subscription content, including adult.

There are only a few days remaining for public comments on the proposed changes to the 18 U.S.C. §2257 records keeping statute. Tala encouraged folks to send in their comments in her thought provoking article, "Total Crap," and a handful of the best legal minds in the industry have helped prepare comments for Webmasters to submit; making the process simple, and hopefully, effective. Here's what I had to say to the DOJ:

For now, they are just proposals, and I take the comment period seriously in this case, because I think that changes to the proposal are not only possible but likely. If your voice is to be heard, you must transmit your comments to the DOJ on or before August 24.
